Fabricated Steel Interlocking Barricade Rack

Constructed in our shop from 1.5-inch square steel tubing, this rack is built to handle the constant loading and unloading of heavy-duty steel barriers. At 77 lbs, the rack is naturally stable and engineered to remain upright and secure even when at its full 10-panel capacity.

Flexible Mounting Options

Each of the four legs is equipped with a 4″ x 4″ steel base plate.

• Free-Standing: The weight and wide footprint allow for easy use as a portable storage station that can be moved within your facility.
• Optional Bolt-Down: For facilities requiring a dedicated, high-traffic storage zone, the plates feature pre-drilled holes for 1/2-inch anchor bolts (not included). This allows you to secure the rack directly to your shop or warehouse floor for maximum stability.

Optimized Loading Height

The rack stands at a total height of 46 inches, with the primary support bars positioned at 45 inches. This height is specifically calibrated for our 6ft x 44″ barricades, allowing the top rails to rest securely without the feet of the barricades dragging, making deployment faster and safer for your crew.
