Fabricated Steel Guardrail System

Our Fabricated Steel Guardrail Panels are the ideal solution for exterior retaining walls, elevated walkways, and safety barriers. Unlike flimsy hardware-store railings, these are fabricated in a professional steel shop using heavy-gauge materials designed to withstand significant force.

Modular “Bolt-On” System

This system uses a simplified bolt-on design where panels attach directly to steel posts (sold separately). The modular sizing allows you to configure a continuous railing run for long stretches or cap off terminals with specific “End Panels.”

• Standard Panels (4ft & 2ft Mid): Feature mounting holes on both sides for connecting between two posts.
• End Panels (1ft & 2ft End): Feature mounting holes on one side only, designed to terminate a run without requiring an additional end post.

Shop Primed & Ready to Paint

Each panel arrives with a Shop Prime Grey finish. This industrial primer protects the steel during shipping and installation but is porous by nature. Customers are required to apply a final top coat (such as exterior enamel or safety paint) after installation to prevent rust and match your specific aesthetic requirements.

Panel Specifications & Sizing

*Installed height is based on a standard 3″ gap between the ground and the bottom of the panel.

Post Specifications & Sizing

1. Mid Post: Threaded holes on opposite sides (180°) to connect two panels in a straight line.
2. Corner Post: Threaded holes on adjacent sides (90°) to create a right-angle turn.
3. End Post: Threaded holes on one side only to start or terminate a run.
4. Blank Post: No holes. Ideal for custom layouts where on-site welding or custom drilling is required.
