Each post is constructed from structural grade steel and features a fully welded base plate, ready to be anchored into concrete.

Heavy-Duty Construction

Don’t rely on thin-wall fencing posts for security gates. We fabricate these posts using 3″ x 3″ steel tubing with a 1/4″ wall thickness. This heavy gauge steel resists flexing and twisting, ensuring your gate latch alignment remains true over time.

• Total Height: 72″
• Base Details: The bottom features a robust 1/2″ thick steel base plate (6″ x 6″), pre-drilled with four holes (4-1/2″ center-to-center) for secure mounting with 1/2″ anchor bolts.

Available Variations

Choose the post style that matches your installation needs:

1. Blank Post: A smooth, standard post. Ideal for the latch side of the gate or for weld-on hinge applications. Note: If using a lock box or latch, you will need to cut/drill the necessary holes on-site to match your specific hardware.
2. Pre-Threaded (Hinge Ready): This post comes pre-drilled and tapped with threaded holes specifically spaced to match our Bolt-On Block Hinges. This saves you the effort of drilling and tapping thick steel in the field.
