Below are answers to questions we frequently receive from customers.

Can orders be ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship within the United States.

What are the avaliable shipping option?

For orders up to 150 lbs, we offer ground shipping. For orders greater than 150 lbs, we offer freight shipping.

Please note that some products less than 151 pounds may not qualify for ground shipping due to dimensional requirements. Products that do not meet the requirements for ground shipping can only be shipped via freight.

Can orders be returned?

All orders are considered custom with a no return policy. Once an order is shipped and delivered it cannot be returned.

Can orders be cancelled?

Yes, orders can be cancelled if it has not entered production. To cancel an order please contact us via email or phone.

What are our estimated processing times?

The estimated processing time for 1-5 items is 3-5 business days, 5-7 business days for 6-10 items, 7-10 business days for 11-19 items, and 10+ business days for 20+ items. Please note that these times are estimates, actual time may vary. Processing time refers to the time required to for an order to be processed and shipped. Processing time does not include transit time.

Can orders be picked up locally?

We offer local pickup as an option for customers located in the DC metro area. Please be aware of the transportation requirements for the items or quantity of items when choosing local pickup. A valid form of identification is required when picking up an order locally. See the Terms and Conditions for more information on our local pick up policy.

What are the supported payment options?

We support most major debit & credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover via Stripe. We are currently in the process of adding PayPal support.
